Application Process
Submitting an application with Kramer Realty is quick and easy. Start by completing the application form and paying the application fee online. Once your application is processed, you can select a tour date from our calendar to view the property in person.
1. Click Here to start an application
2. Make sure to select the property you are interested in on the application. You can select up to 2 properties per application.
3. Pay the one-time refundable application fee of $50. This fee will cover every adult on the application.
4. Once the application fee has been paid you can select an available appointment to tour the home.
5. If you are not selected to move forward with the properties on your application fee will be refunded within 24 hours.
